Shake Shack celebrated the grand opening of its newest North Texas location at The Shops at Highland Village on August 12 with a special commitment to the local community.
As part of Shake Shack’s “Stand for Something Good” initiative, $1 from every burger purchased on opening day was donated to the Lewisville Education Foundation, resulting in a generous $936 contribution to support programs benefitting Lewisville ISD students and educators.
The grand opening featured a green ribbon-cutting ceremony, live music and special giveaways for early customers. LEF is grateful to Shake Shack for choosing to invest in education and help make its first day in Highland Village a meaningful one for the community.
