For the second time, the Lewisville ISD Education Foundation (LEF) combined it’s two annual fundraising events to become LEF Week – a continuous celebration of the Foundation, LISD, and the communities they both serve.
Both events – the LEF Golf Classic and Evening For Education – have been hosted by LEF for over ten years and fundraise to support the Foundation and it’s programs such as teacher grants, student scholarships, and special District projects.
LEF Golf Classic at The Lakes at Castle Hills
Presented by title sponsors, Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLC and Elsey Law, LEF Week kicked off at 8:00 am September 27, 2021 at The Lakes at Castle Hills. Over 100 teams played 18 holes with intermittent Closest-to-the-Pin and Long Drive contests.

Evening For Education at Grandscape
Amidst gusting winds of 17 mph, over 300 guests attended the outdoor event on Sunday October 10, 2021. Evening For Education was hosted on the lawn and stage at Grandscape in The Colony with local band Big City Outlaws providing musical entertainment and local restaurants providing food, drinks, and treats for all the guests.
