Nini Correll Memorial Scholarship
The Correll Family is proud to create the Nini Correll Memorial Scholarship honoring a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She lived to help others grow and flourish.
Nini never met a stranger and would take time to get to know everyone she met. She always had a smile at the ready and remembered your name and story. Nini was an Air Force wife who supported her husband and others while raising their children, and being an educator of children with special needs. She was an avid reader, was a Friend of the Flower Mound Library and volunteered her time with the Rotary of Flower Mound for many years.
Nini was a travel agent in later life and took every advantage to travel the world with her husband Charlie. She made time to work with LISD Communities in Schools as an elementary mentor.
Although she will be greatly missed by all who knew her, Nini would be honored to have her legacy remembered by a deserving student of LISD awarded a scholarship to help further their education.
