Scholarship Claim Instructions
Below is a list of information and files you will need to claim your scholarship funds. The funds will be sent directly to the institution you are attending.
- You will need to be prepared to enter your College ID #, Financial Aid Office Mailing Address, and confirm the Name of Scholarship.
- Copy of college class schedule. Take a screen shot of your class schedule.
- Copy or picture of the “Thank You” note you sent to donor who funded the scholarship.
